The team at Unique Home Health works with your doctor to give you the health care that is right for you. Our team consists of Nurses, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Workers, and Home Health Aides. Below is a brief description of each part of our Unique Team.
- NURSES
- Our Nursing staff includes Registered Nurses (RN’s) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN’s). These Unique Nurses strive to offer compassionate quailty care, always putting our patients needs and wants first. Our Nurses are in direct contact with your doctor to provide you with the highest quality home health care.
- PHYSICAL THERAPISTS
- Our Physical Therapists will come to you to provide you with physical therapy. Exercise or physical therapy is a vital part of a patients progress in overcoming a recent surgery or to stimulate circulation through the body.
- SPEECH THERAPISTS
- Our Speech Therapists help patients to improve on speaking or swallowing issues.
