How to Get Help
The admission will be perfomed by a Registered Nurse. Subsequent visits will be made by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse. Care will be supervised by the Director of Nurses and/or Supervising Nurse. We are seeking clients requiring skilled nursing services. Here are some types of clients we can assist:
• Those needing instruction of new diagnosis, medications, diet and treatments
• Those requiring weekly or monthly injections such as B12, procrit, and epogen
• Foley catheter clients with bi-weekly or monthly changes
• Post hospitalized patients who need basic monitoring and follow-up
• Established patients that are non-compliant and require teaching and monitoring
Call us with any other needs your clients may have. We would like to assist you and your patients, as well as provide a service to the community. This service can be extended to your patients that may have no other means of receiving needed skilled care in their home due to being uninsured, under insured or may not qualify for traditional home health services.
